These allegations are against Pooja
Pooja Khedkar had claimed to be handicapped to get concession in the UPSC exam. But she did not appear for the medical test required for this. She is accused of getting the test done from outside and giving the report to the UPSC. Pooja first came into controversy when she was accused of driving her private Audi car with red-blue lights. She had also demanded a separate house and car for herself, but junior officers do not have this right.
If proven guilty, dismissal is certain
If Pooja is found guilty, she can be dismissed. Apart from this, criminal action can also be taken against her for making false statements and hiding facts.
